Whether you're a surf beginner or just want to enjoy a relaxed surf session, the Chancho Funboard offers ease of use and stable performance to ride the waves effortlessly. This board has extra volume, making it easy to catch the waves. The flat nose rocker allows you to catch the waves early, especially for a board of its medium size. The V-bottom contour, which runs all the way to the tail and is supported by the fins, makes it easy to turn and manoeuvre on the water.
The board is an evolution of the popular WATER HOG board by shaper Al Merrick.

TORQ X-LITE TECHNOLOGY:
Torq X-Lite technology pushes innovative epoxy construction to a new level in terms of weight and performance. The core of the boards consists of a custom-made high-precision EPS blank, which is covered with biaxial fabric and epoxy resin. An additional layer of impact resistant protective mesh is applied to the deck of the X-Lite boards, distributing impacts evenly over the surface and protecting against dings and heel dents. The underside features a torsion-resistant carbon strip that controls flex and makes the board exceptionally responsive.
