If your order is worth more than €150, you can return it free of charge. To facilitate the return, you have the option of using our enclosed return label or contacting us for a free return label. This is optional and does not limit your right of withdrawal in any way.
If you wish to return bulky items such as surfboards etc., please contact our customer service beforehand - as these are excluded from free returns and you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself. Please contact our customer service to save your money and find out the best and cheapest return option.

Orders under €150 

If your item value is less than €150, you will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. You can then choose which service you would like to use to return the package. In this case, we recommend that you compare prices (DHL, Hermes, DPD, UPS etc ...).
